Shoplifting. Kyle R. Macor, 22, of Jackson was charged October 2 with shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Officer David Jelinski said Macor concealed an Xbox 360, worth $56.96, and tried to leave the store without paying.
Fredy E. Franco Reyes, 27, of Trenton was charged October 1 with shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Officer Kyle Brown said he concealed $55.41 worth of razor blades and left the store without paying.
Quadirah M. Banks, 23, and Fannie E. Garvey, 20, both of North Brunswick were charged September 30 with shoplifting at Marshalls. Officer Michael Pitts said they stole various items, including clothing and perfume and concealed them in their purses. The total value of the items was $422.84.
Marcus J. Roberts, 18, of Trenton was charged in connection with stealing gift cards at Target, where he worked, over a period of more than a month. Officer Justin Insalaco said between August 26 and September 29, Roberts stole 21 gift cards worth a total $105. He said Target security saw him place the gift cards in his pocket before leaving work for the day.
Dominic Ralph Bocelli, 48, of Atco was charged September 26 with shoplifting at Home Depot. Officer Michael Bollentin said Bocelli removed an Echo brand chainsaw from its display case and left the store without paying for it. The chainsaw was worth $299.
Burglary/Theft. A Lawrenceville resident was the victim of theft on October 4 at Petsmart. Lieutenant Carl Walsh said someone stole the victim’s handbag, which she accidentally left in a shopping cart. She said she had over $100 taken as well as her cell phone, worth $500.
A Renfield Drive resident was the victim of theft between July 1 and September 27. Police said someone stole several pieces of diamond jewelry from the victim’s residence. The jewelry was worth over $3,000.
A Winfield Park resident was the victim of theft between September 24 and September 29. Officer Walter Silcox said someone stole the victim’s truck camper from a parking space in the rear parking area of 217 Clarksville Road. The truck camper was worth $21,000.
A Kaitlyn Court resident was the victim of theft between September 25 and 29. Officer Brian Mahon said someone stole the victim’s bike from a bike rack located behind Building 3 on Kaitlyn Court. The bike is an orange Rampage 20-inch single-speed bike worth $83. The bike was locked to the bike rack.
Someone broke into the Windsor Greens Golf Center and stole an undisclosed amount of currency sometime between 10 p.m. on September 20 and 9:40 a.m. on September 21.
A West Windsor resident was the victim of theft between 9:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on September 25 at the Wallace Circle at the Princeton Junction train station. Office Kyle Brown said someone stole the victim’s silver 21-speed B Twin Decathlon bicycle by cutting off the bike lock and removing the bike from a rack at the Wallace Circle.
Drug Arrests. Timothy J. Fitzpatrick, 22, of Hamilton, was charged October 1 with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Officer Michael Pitts said he stopped him in the Best Buy parking lot for a motor vehicle violation and found him to be in possession of the drugs.
Christopher P. Hall, 27, of South Beach, NY was charged October 1 with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Officer Christopher Van Ness said he stopped him on Quakerbridge Road near Clarksville Road for a motor vehicle violation and found him to be in possession of the drugs.
Thomas F. Dambrosio, 19, of North Brunswick was charged September 18 with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Officer William Jones said he stopped him for a motor vehicle violation and found him in possession of the drugs. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Derek J. Delorenzo, 19, of Trenton was charged September 21 with possession of heroin and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Officer Frank Sabatino said he stopped him for a motor vehicle violation on Route 1 South at Quakerbridge Road and found him in possession of the drugs. He was also charged with possession of hypodermic needles, as Sabatino said he found two of them in his car.
Jarrett A. Roth, 23, of Princeton was charged September 27 with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Officer Michael Pitts said he stopped him at Washington Road at Manor Avenue for a motor vehicle violation. During the investigation, Pitts said he saw Roth eat marijuana in an attempt to destroy evidence. He was also charged with destruction of evidence.
DWI. Matt S. Overton, 29, of Charlestown, MA, was charged October 2 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Michael McMahon said he stopped him for speeding on Clarksville Road at Jamie Brook Lane and found he was intoxicated. He was also charged with reckless driving and speeding.
Justin Bauman, 22, of Monroe was charged September 26 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Jason Jones said he stopped him on Route 1 South at Alexander Road for speeding and found him to be intoxicated. He was also charged with reckless driving, speeding, and failure to keep right.
Venkat R. Ramaprasad, 25, of Lawrenceville was charged September 26 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Michael Pitts said he stopped him on Route 1 South at Alexander Road for failing to maintain a lane and found him to be intoxicated. He was also charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, and failure to signal a lane change.
