Shoplifting. Sylvester Kollie, 24, of Trenton was charged January 31 with shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Officer Campbell Knox said he was seen concealing DVDs and trying to leave the store without paying. The DVDs were worth $46.96.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged January 31 with shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Officer Campbell Knox said she was seen concealing various items of clothing in her handbag and leaving the store without paying for the items. The stolen merchandise was worth $37.

Search Warrant. West Windsor Police assisted Robbinsville Police with execution of a search warrant at the residence of Darren A. Maglione, 39, of Robbinsville, for computer-related theft.

West Windsor police said the suspect was home at the time and answered the door, as detectives from West Windsor removed and documented items from the home. West Windsor Detective Mary Louise Dranchak had signed a complaint in Robbinsville against Maglione for computer-related theft.

Burglary/Theft. Someone pried open the One Apple photo booth in the UA Movie Theater in MarketFair on January 19 and stole over $100 from inside, said Officer Brian Geraghty.

Drug Arrests. Francisco Rodriguez, 24, of Trenton, was charged January 29 with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Officer Christopher Van Ness said he saw Rodriguez driving on Route 1 South with illegal tinting on the front windshield. He said he stopped him and found the marijuana. Rodriguez was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and improper safety glazing.

Shadi Taha, 20, of Hamilton Square, was charged January 23 with possession of marijuana. Sergeant Matthew Kemp said he was patroling the Mercer County Park in the area of the marina parking lot when he noticed suspicious activity in and around a car with three passengers. Kemp said he found Taha in possession of marijuana and a smoking pipe. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Zabrina Ortiz, 22, of Plainsboro, was charged January 20 with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Officer Jason Jones said he stopped her on Old Trenton Road for having a brake light out and found the marijuana. She was also charged with failure to maintain lamps.

DWI. Tobaris A. Paul, 34, of Trenton was charged January 23 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Lee Brodowski said he stopped Paul on Clarksville Road at North Post Road for a motor vehicle violation and found he was intoxicated. He was also charged with careless driving, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicile, and having an expired registration.

Thomas M. Rea Jr., 18, of Maple Shade was charged January 23 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Nathan Cuomo said he stopped him on Route 1 South near Alexander Road for a motor vehicle violation and found he was intoxicated. He was also charged with reckless driving, being an unlicensed driver, driving with a revoked license, failing to maintain a lane, and provisional license violations.
